Trustmark is the UK’s only Government Endorsed Quality Scheme. H & R Services (Oxford) work in compliance with their framework operating requirements to commit to the code of conduct and customer charter, as well as the codes of practice relevant to their industry.
Trustmark licences and audits over 35 scheme providers with over 15,000 registered businesses.
MCS & H & R Services (Oxford) create and maintain standards that allows for the certification of products, installers, and their installations.
Associated with these standards is the certification scheme, run on behalf of MCS by Certification bodies who hold UKAS accreditation to ISO17065.
MCS certifies low-carbon products and installations used to produce electricity and heat from renewable sources.
Gas Safe register is the only official gas registration body of gas businesses and engineers in the United Kingdom, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.
By law all gas business must be on the gas safe register.
H & R Services (Oxford) are registered for compliance with Gas Safe (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 and where applicable meet the building regulations.
ECA represents organisations who design and install engineering services like H & R Services.

The Chartered Trading Standard Institute is a professional membership association for trading standards in the UK. They represent the interests of trading standards in the UK.
Our terms and conditions are intended to protect both the customer and the service provider and are made by H & R SERVICES (OXFORD) LTD in addition to your consumer rights including those set out in the Sale of Goods Act 1979, Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 and the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Act 2002.
This Warranty sets out the terms upon which H & R SERVICES (OXFORD) LTD offers warranty to cover the products it supplies to its customers and for the installation services provided by H & R SERVICES (OXFORD) LTD registered installers. This warranty is offered in addition to your consumer rights as set out in the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982.
The RECC Assurance Scheme was set up by the Renewable Energy Association. H & R SERVICES (OXFORD) LTD have made a commitment to follow the Renewable Energy Consumer Code which recognises customers right to expect that goods and services supplied will perform properly, and meet the quality standards you would reasonably expect.
H & R SERVICES (OXFORD) LTD is a member of the RECC Assurance Scheme. To give you peace of mind RECC have arranged a scheme that will protect the money you pay the company up front, just in case they cease to trade before they deliver the goods to you. Of course this is very unlikely to happen, but unfortunately it does from time to time.
The scheme is called the Deposit and Advance Payment Insurance Scheme. The way it works is explained in this leaflet.
IWA is a market leader providing Deposit Protection and Guarantee Insurance, underwritten by FSA authorised insurers, to consumers within the home improvement market. H & R SERVICES is now an IWA approved company. At the time of placing an order and paying a deposit for a Heat Pump System our customers will be issued with a Deposit Protection Certificate. This document will protect your deposit, prior to the commencement of the contract for up to 25% of the contract value. Subject to the Terms and Conditions on the certificate. Once the contract is completed to our customers satisfaction and their account with us has been settled, they can apply to IWA for guarantee insurance. Once processed their guarantee will then be insured for a period of up to 10 years and is underwritten by FSA authorised insurers. Subject to the terms and conditions of the certificate
